Many homes have damp showing on walls and ceilings, which is due to the poor air quality within that room. Air conditioning, perfect sealing doors and windows etc can contribute to,this problem. You may notice it particular bad in cooler rooms and basements. In some properties the air quality is so bad you can smell the stale air and pollution. Houses that are left unattended with no air change, will often smell musty and damp when the owner returns. You might see some staining on walls or around windows and the smell that greets you when you enter the house is often a sign of an infected environment. Mould spores and mites, which not only live on walls but enter fabrics and furnishings, will flourishing in such a high humidity environment.

THE SOLUTION
To solve the above problem an air treatment / air replacement system must be installed, these are known as PIV (Positive Input Ventilation) or MIV (Multi Input Ventilation) systems. These systems collect fresh air from outside the home, the air is then filtered and brought into the home under pressure by one or more of the following fully approved units shown below.
